How it
works.

Free preview first. Then we build the system. Then you take the calls. You never commit to anything sight unseen.

Step 1 — Free website preview

You request a preview. It takes about a minute: your name, company, phone, email, your current website if you have one, and your city or service area.

We build a mockup of what your tree company could look like online, using your info, your services, and your area. You get it by email. It costs nothing and obligates you to nothing. If you don't like it, you never hear from us again.

Step 2 — We build your system

You like the preview and want the real thing. We build and launch your new website, set up lead capture on every page, connect missed-call text back, and set up your text and email follow-up.

We handle all the setup. There's no tech work for you beyond telling us about your company and approving the content. Most of it happens within a couple of weeks of you saying go.

Step 3 — You get more work

The system runs. Your site gets found, visitors turn into calls and estimate requests, and every lead gets an instant response and organized follow-up.

You do what you're good at: answer when you can, climb down and call back the rest, run estimates, book jobs. We keep the machine tuned and keep improving it with you.

A lead's journey, start to finish

Here's exactly what happens when a homeowner finds you while your crew is mid-job.

1

Someone in your area needs a tree removed

They search on their phone, find your new site near the top of the results, and tap your number. Or they fill out the estimate request form. Either way, it's a lead.

2

Nobody can answer

Your whole crew is up a tree on the other side of town. On a normal day, that lead is gone. They call the next company and book with whoever answers first.

3

The automatic text goes out in seconds

"Hey, sorry we missed you. We're on a job right now. Want an estimate? Reply here or tell us a good time to call back." The homeowner is still holding their phone, so they reply.

4

The lead is captured and organized

You get notified, and the lead sits in one place with the name, number, and what they need. When you climb down at 4:30, it's right there. No voicemail to check, no scratch paper.

5

You call back and give the estimate

You call, they answer because you already texted them, and you schedule the estimate. If they need a day or two to think, your follow-up keeps you on their short list until they're ready.

6

Booked

You win the job not because you were the cheapest or the loudest, but because you were easy to reach and quick to answer. That's the whole system.

Who does what

Clear division of labor. You never touch tech. We never touch a chainsaw.

We handle

  • Building and hosting your website
  • Lead capture forms and quote paths
  • Missed-call text back setup
  • Text and email follow-up sequences
  • Local search cleanup for your business info
  • Keeping the whole system running

You handle

  • Answering your phone when you can
  • Calling back the leads you miss
  • Running estimates and booking jobs
  • Telling us about your services and area
  • Sending job photos when you're proud of them

That's the whole list. If it involves a login, a setting, or a piece of code, it's on our side of the fence.
